Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy

This is a booking request, subject to email/SMS confirmation from us within 8 working hours (9 AM to 9 PM IST).
Any change in travel plans less than 24 hours before arrival time have to communicated to us by phone at +91 99992 76591 along with an email (arrival@smyleinn.com).
Total amount is subject to applicable government tax of 12% for all bookings
Booking starts from the 12 noon on the date of checkin and you must checkout latest by 11 AM on the checkout date.
If cancellation is made with more than 48 hours prior to 12 noon of the booking date, there is no charge for cancellation. If any amount is paid for booking, it will be refunded within 4 working days back into the account from where the funds arrived at Smyle Inn bank account.
If the cancellation is made less 48 hours prior to the 12 noon of the booking date, one full night rent is charged to the customer.
In case the visit is shortened with less than 48 hour notification. the charge for the next night will also be applicable.
In case of No Show, full booking amount will charged to the guest.
Delayed arrival by more than 1 day can be accommodated without any re-booking charge if intimation of change of date is given 48 hours prior to 12 noon of the booking start date. This is done by us depending upon the availability for the new dates.
Our liability is limited to providing alternative accommodation if ever need arises for the same.
All disputed are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction
