Terms, Conditions & Cancellation policy for all accepted bookings from Smyleinn.com
- This is a booking request, subject to email/SMS confirmation from us within 8 working hours (9 AM to 9 PM IST).
- Any change in travel plans less than 24 hours before arrival time have to communicated to us by sending “Hi” on WhatsApp to +917290981900 or phone at +91 99992 76591 along with an email (arrival@smyleinn.com).
- Booking starts from the 12 noon on the date of checkin and you must checkout latest by 11 AM on the checkout date.
- Room price is subject to 5% government tax
- Free Cancellation: If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to 12:00 Noon of the check-in date, there is no cancellation charge. If any amount has been paid in advance, it will be fully refunded within 4 working days to the original account from which the payment was received.
- Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to 12:00 Noon of the check-in date, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be applicable.
- Early Departure: In case a stay is shortened with less than 48 hours notice, the charge for the remaining booked nights will also be applicable in full.
- No Show: In case of a No Show, the full booking amount will be charged to the guest.
- Date Change: A delayed arrival of up to 1 day can be accommodated without any rebooking charge, provided intimation of the date change is given at least 48 hours prior to 12:00 Noon of the original check-in date. This is subject to availability for the new dates.
- Our liability is limited to providing alternative accommodation if the need ever arises.
- All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
